What size ice machine do you need?

• This can be a difficult question to answer. Every business or operation has different ice needs. Those needs change daily and seasonally.
• You don't want too have too much ice or run out during peak hours. To prevent that from happening ask yourself this... How much ice do I really need? Add up your ice usage for the front and back of the house. Does the existing ICE Maker meet peak usage during the hottest part of the year?
• If you are a new operation here are some general ice usage guidelines to help you calculate your needs.

Shipping Information

• IceMachinePalace.com strives to process your order within one hour of placement.
• All deliveries come from Scotsman in St.Louis, Missouri with an average arrival time of 5-8 business days from placing the order.
• Any delays in shipping communicated to us by the manufacturer will be passed along to you as quickly as possible.
• We do not ship internationally. Hawaii and Alaska may experience higher shipping rates.
• We do not ship to Post Office boxes, APO or FPO Addresses.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Any cancellations must be made within 24 hours from the time you place your order with Phil Erb Inc., before your order ships to receive a full refund.
• To cancel, please call (888)767-7670 and speak with a customer care representative.
• You will be given a cancellation ID number. Any cancellations are void without this number.

Return Policy

• When your order is placed, you will receive a tracking number via e-mail.
• By placing your order, you agree that Phil Erb Concession Co. Inc. and its subsidiaries are not liable for any damaged items.
• We recommend fully inspecting your items when delivered, reporting any damages to the delivery handler.
• All claims and disputes must be made to the delivery carrier and Scotsman to ensure proper handling of your return.
• If you have questions or concerns regarding your return, our customer care representatives are happy to assist to expedite your claim.

Warranty Policy and Registering Your Equipment

• Warranties on all products are limited to those provided by the Original Manufacturer.
• IceMachinePalace.com and Phil Erb Concessions Co Inc makes no express or implied warranties on any product sold.
• Ice Machine Palace/Phil Erb Concessions Co Inc has no responsibility over loss or damage of any product, including any loss or damage connected to the merchandise.
• All requests for technical service, warranty coverage and support should be made directly to the manufacturer in accordance with their terms and conditions.
